The Last Ninja From Another Planet

A mad scientist has created an army of mutants which has attacked many planets. Almost all living beings die in this attack. But there is a planet that is still standing on its feet, with a survivor who resists against everything and everyone. This survivor uses a forbidden technique to pass through time to go back and get to the creation of the same mutants and destroy them.
